My relationship with the body and embodied awareness began long before my path into bodywork. From the age of 10 to 15, I dedicated my childhood to top-level competitive swimming. During these formative years, I became a seventeen-time national champion, broke five national records, and was selected for the National Junior Team of the Royal Dutch Swimming Federation. Training within a high-performance environment cultivated discipline, resilience, and embodied focus — qualities that continue to shape how I listen, pace, and work with the nervous system today.
Alongside this embodied foundation, my academic studies in Psychology grew from a deep curiosity about the psyche, the body, biology, wellbeing, and consciousness. Psychology profoundly shaped my understanding of human experience and continues to inform my work with sensitivity, compassion and respect for each individual’s complexity.
From as early as I can remember, my world has been deeply intertwined with sensitivity, intuition, and care. These qualities have become my compass, guiding me to understand and communicate through the silent yet powerful language of touch.
My work is shaped by studies in Integrative Somatic Healing, along with training in Advanced Californian Massage in the Netherlands and Spain, and Chi Nei Tsang in Thailand.
I offer therapeutic and holistic bodywork that supports you in reconnecting with your body as a source of inner safety and healing. My approach weaves together massage techniques, somatic experiencing, nervous system support and intuition, creating space for physical tension, emotional holding, and stored experiences to gently soften and release.
Rooted in presence and a deep trust in the body’s wisdom, each session invites regulation, relaxation, and reconnection at your own pace. Whether you are seeking nourishment, emotional release, or a space to simply be held, you are met exactly where you are — with care and attunement.
I aim to create a space of safety and understanding, where you are seen, heard, and deeply felt. Through the language of touch, your nervous system is invited to soften and your story to gently reweave itself.
Much love,
Lin He
